Our thoughts are powerful...

Dear mama, our thoughts are very powerful. Our thoughts have the ability to change how we feel and behave. Mindset is a compilation of our thoughts and core beliefs. We need to create a mindset of abundance and joy to become Wholehearted moms.

A Wholehearted mom who works hard to cultivate a mindful of abundance becomes a mom who can embrace imperfect action feeling free from perfectionism, is free from shame, harnesses guilt to do better next time, and has kindness, gentleness, and wisdom flowing from her.

It is only when we are mindful and aware that we are able to harness that power. Mindfulness is such an important skill and activity to schedule into our day. Some great examples of mindful moments is meditation, yoga, journaling, and mindfulness exercises.
